All deposits must be made by the account holder. The P9Bet does not accept third-party deposits, deposits made on behalf of another person, or any transaction that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Unidentified deposits may be returned to the sender with applicable banking fees deducted.
P9Bet does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrencies, international transfers, or payment methods not listed above. Any deposit attempt via an unsupported method will be automatically rejected.
Withdrawals at P9Bet are processed exclusively in BRL via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.
The P9Bet reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in the following cases: pending identity verification; suspected fraudulent use of the account; unfulfilled bonus rollover; unidentified source of funds; or suspected breach of these Terms. Your Real Balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the R$ 20.00 minimum. Bonus Balance is only converted to Real Balance once the applicable rollover is fully completed. When a withdrawal is requested with a pending rollover, any unreleased Bonus Balance is automatically canceled — only the accumulated Real Balance is processed.

If an event is cancelled before it starts or abandoned before an official result is determined, bets will be refunded as Real Balance, regardless of any partial result reached. In football, a match interrupted after 90 minutes is considered complete for final result betting purposes.
The P9Bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds containing obvious errors — values clearly outside market standards due to technical or human error. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the Real Balance. Error identification will be carried out using objective criteria and documented internally.
Parlay (accumulator) bets combine two or more events. If any event in a parlay is cancelled and refunded, the bet is recalculated using the remaining events. If only one event remains, the bet is treated as a single with that event's odds. Events from the same game cannot be combined in the same parlay.
The P9Bet sets minimum and maximum betting limits per event and per market, which vary depending on the sport, the significance of the event, and market liquidity conditions. The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits are displayed within the market itself before the bet is confirmed.
